Overview

Ien Vlök Hadfow was founded durring the late 9th century, by Ghihubno. The establishment of Ien Vlök Hadfow was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Ghihubno electing to pay people to resettle in Ien Vlök Hadfow.

Ien Vlök Hadfow was built using the conventions of Wood Elf durring the late 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ien Vlök Hadfow is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Ien Vlök Hadfow is buildings have been located at convienant points along the rivers Ien Vlök Hadfow was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the restrictive packed earth streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The city rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Ien Vlök Hadfow's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Ien Vlök Hadfow's political statment focused walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.

Ien Vlök Hadfow is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the city like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife. You get the terrible feeling that whatever it was, the wound it left will simply never heal. This city is as a necropolice.
